How we work

Buying a truck shouldn't feel like work

Most building centres go through this process without a clear roadmap. The result? Overpayments, long waits, and trucks that don’t get the job done. We built a process to fix that.
Step 1

Understand your operation

  • What types of deliveries does your truck handle?

  • What load requirements and weight considerations apply?

  • How frequently will the truck be in use?

We ask the right questions upfront so the entire build is driven by how your business actually works.

Step 2

Define the right spec

Under-building creates operational problems. Over-building wastes money. We find the right spec, aligned to real-world use, so your truck works the way it needs to, without unnecessary cost built in.

Step 3

Source and negotiate

We're not tied to a single manufacturer or dealer lot. We go to market across multiple suppliers to find the right match and use our volume leverage to negotiate pricing you wouldn't get on your own.

Step 4

Manage build and delivery

We coordinate everything: upfitting, build timelines, and final delivery. You don't need to chase down sales reps or wonder what's happening. We own the process end to end and keep you informed along the way.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the process take from first conversation to delivery?

Timelines vary depending on the build complexity, upfitting requirements, and manufacturer lead times — we'll give you a clear estimate before anything moves forward. Our job is to manage the process so you're never left chasing updates or wondering where things stand.

Do I need to know what spec I want before reaching out?

No. Figuring out the right spec is exactly what the first step of our process is for. We ask the right questions about how your truck will actually be used, and we build the spec from there.

Is there any cost to working with Trinity?

There are no added fees for working with us. We're compensated by the manufacturer, not charged on top of your purchase. In most cases, our volume pricing leverage means you end up paying less than you would going direct to a dealer.
